Jacquelyn Tucker
If you have participated in any of our Working Group calls or Webinars, you have met Jacquelyn Tucker. Jacquelyn joined SRLN in April 2019 as our Member Engagement Specialist. She is involved in all aspects of membership management, onboarding new members, and answering membership questions. She also handles the working group management, which includes assisting group chairs in different capacities, and ensuring monthly working group calls run smoothly. The Honorable Laurie Zelon
Justice Zelon has served as an associate justice of the California Court of Appeal since 2003. She was born in Durham, North Carolina. She received her B.A. degree in 1974 from Cornell University and her J.D. degree in 1977 from Harvard Law School. During the twenty-three years that preceded her appointment to the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2000, Justice Zelon had an active litigation practice, involving scientific and technical issues, fiduciary obligations, and other complex commercial disputes.
Glenn Rawdon
Glenn Rawdon is Program Counsel for Technology with the Legal Services Corporation. He is responsible for helping legal services programs with their technology efforts and with the administration of the Technology Initiative Grants (TIG) program. Since the program started in 2000, TIG has made over 550 grants totaling over $46 million, many of them in partnerships with SJI and the courts. 
John Greacen
John Greacen, currently a principal of Greacen Associates, LLC, wrote the seminal article on the difference between legal information and legal advice for court staff in 1995 and continues to publish regularly on the topic. He has evaluated programs to assist self-represented litigants in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, and Virginia.
Katherine Alteneder
With extensive experience in designing and implementing access-to-justice initiatives across legal aid, the courts, and private practice, Katherine has consistently focused on developing common-sense, consumer-oriented solutions. Her work emphasizes the use of geospatial data and collaborative learning among diverse stakeholders. An early member of the Self-Represented Litigation Network (SRLN), Katherine led the organization from August 2013 to December 2022 and now serves as Director Emerita.
Richard Zorza
After a long illness, Richard Zorza passed away peacefully with his family at his side April 13, 2019. He will be sorely missed by SRLN and the access to justice community.
